摘要
通过对ＳＦ６压气式断路器空载运动过程的模拟及运动过程中电场不均匀系数的计算，应用高电压技术稍不均匀电场的击穿理论，获得了ＳＦ６断路器的无载介质恢复特性，这可作为ＳＦ６断路器开断性能仿真分析及ＣＡＤ系统的必要部分。
In this paper,the moving process without load of SF 6 circuit breaker and non uniform coefficient of electric field in chamber are calculated,and according to the breakdown theory in slightly nonuniform electric field in high voltage technology,the dielectric recovery characteristics without load is obtained,this can be an important part of simulation analysis and CAD system of breaking ability of SF 6 circuit breaker.
