摘要
为解决小电流接地系统故障测距问题,以10kV配电网为具体研究对象,对故障率最高的单相接地故障进行了分析研究,建立了网络故障状态下的数学模型,并首次将模拟退火算法应用到小电流接地系统的故障测距问题中,解决了算法应用中的一系列问题,取得了令人满意的计算结果,其测距误差远小于技术要求值。
The aim of this paper is to solve the problem of Fault-Location in weak Current Connecting to Earth System,it chooses the electric power distribution network of 10kV as its subject.It analyses and researches a single-phase connecting to earth's fault that has the hightest fault ratio and form mathematical model under network fault state. The Simulated Annealing Algorithm is applied to fault-location in weak current connecting to earth system for the first time.It solved a series of problems in applicating Simulated Annealing Algorithm.It's proved by the simulating experiment that the Location Error of Fault recognition is far less the requirement.
