摘要
提出了一种基于专用芯片的改进型视频编解码环路的实现方案,并对其中的关键部分及时序进行了分析。实验结果表明,本编解码环路结构简单,工作稳定。
A improved scheme of H.261 for videoconference image codecing is proposed in this paper, which is based on ASIC. Several crucial parts and work timing are discussed in detail. The computer simulation proves that the coding scheme is efficient and stable in working.
