教育管理的错位与教师主体地位的丧失 被引量:4

The Dislocation of the Education Administration and the Loss of the Teachers' Leading Role

摘要 从我国现有高校的管理情况来看,部分高校管理队伍素质不高,管理定位不准,管理思想、管理制度、教育分配制度错位,由此导致部分教师主体地位和主人翁意识的缺失及教师荣誉感的丧失,亟需相关管理部门转变管理理念,强化服务意识,不断提高管理队伍的素质,给教师参与管理的权利。同时,确立整合思想,构建学习型的科学管理体系。 Looking at the existing management situation of our country's universities, we find that in some of the universities the quality of administrators needs to improve; the management is not properly positioned; the administrative concept and system and the education distribution system are dislocated. This phenomenon causes the loss of some teachers'dominant position and the sense of responsibility and honor, which calls for the administrative departments to change their managing idea, strengthen their service consciousness, enhance the quality of administrative staff and get teachers involved in the management. At the same time, conformity thought should be established to construct scientific management system.
