摘要 家庭经济调查是通过不同的方案来确认家庭或个人是否有能力支付高等教育的费用,是高校学生贷款的重要环节。在分析国外开展家庭经济调查的原则、主要特征指标,尤其对低收入国家家庭经济状况调查分析的基础上,对家庭经济状况调查在学生贷款资格判定中应用提出政策建议。 Means -Test is one of the important steps for Student Loan which determines whether a family or a student can afford to pay to receive the higher education. Based on the analysis of the means - test principles and main characteristic index in overseas countries and the especial analysis of means - test in countries of low income, the author made the policy proposals for the application of positive means - test in the determination of eligibility of student loan in our country.
