摘要
文化对社会发展的影响是不容否认的,知识产权文化对知识产权在国家战略中的影响也是不容忽视的。但知识产权文化究竟是什么?因文化一词至今并没有统一的定义,故对知识产权文化一词之确切含义也难以一语说明,本文拟从知识产品的利益性入手,指出知识产权制度是知识产权文化的载体,国民的知识产权观念及行为是知识产权文化的重要内容,此外,知识产权制度的国际化与一体化使得知识产权文化也必将带有国际性。
It is not to deny that the culture have brought influence on the social development, so is the culture of intellectual property fight. But what is the culture of intellectual property fight？ Because the cultural has so many means, it is difficult to explain meaning about the culture of intellectual property fight using words. This article want to point out that the intellectual property fight＇s system is the carrier to the culture of intellectual property fight according to the benefit of the knowledge product, national idea about intellectual property fight and behavior are the important contents of the culture of intellectual property fight. In addition, the culture of intellectual property fight would certainly have the international characteristic because of internationalized and integrated system of IP.
