高校国防教育具有国防和育人双重功能,正确分析高校国防教育的双重功能,研究和探讨充分发挥高校国防教育双重功能的措施,对于高等学校进一步深入开展国防教育,培养高素质的社会主义建设人才和国防人才具有重要意义.
National defense in institution of higher education has two functions： national defense function and education.To analyse double functions of education for national defense in institution of higher education,study and discuss the measures to develop the double functions are significant for institution of higher education to further carry out national defense,nurture talents of socialist construction and national defense.
