摘要
用SPF鸡胚,从江苏溧水某鸡场病死鸡的法氏囊组织中分离到一株病毒,接种健康非免疫鸡,能致鸡3～5 d内全部发病,死亡率达55%以上,腿肌和腺胃出血,肝和肾肿大出血,脾脏出血,法氏囊肿大出血;该病毒不能凝集鸡红细胞,可以与IBDV阳性血清产生沉淀;应用RT-PCR进行检测,扩增IBDV VP2基因,并与GenBank中的已知序列进行比较.结果表明,所分离的病毒为IBDV毒株.
A suspected virulent strain of infectious bursal disease virus （IBDV） was identified and isolated from a chicken farm in Lishui of Jiangsu by chorioallantoic membrane using specific pathogen free （SPF） embryo. From 3 to 5 days, the morbidity and mortality post-inoculation unvaccinated chickens was 100% and 55% , respectively, with characterized hemorrhages in muscle, Glandular stomach, spleen, kidney and liver, edema as well as ＂ purple grapes bunch-like ＂ facet in Bursa. The isolate was unable to agglutinate chicken red blood cells. IBDV positive result was observed by agarose gel diffusion with reference IBDV sera.VP2 gene variable region of IBDV was amplified by reverse transcript polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）.It was shown that the isolate was IBDV certainly.
