摘要
方法利用水平井热采模式.对特、超稠油油藏进行开采。目的改善开发效果,提高经济效益。结果对油层厚度小于5m的特、超稠油油藏不宜采用水平井热采;对油层厚度在5~10m的特稠油油藏或油层厚度大于10m的超稠油油藏,可采用水平井蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱开采;对原油粘度大于5×104mPa·s的超稠油油藏,适用蒸汽吞吐开采;对油层厚度大于20m,原油粘度大于20×104mPa·s的超稠油油藏,必须采用蒸汽辅助重力泄油技术。结论对已投入蒸汽吞吐的特稠油油藏,尤其是处于中后期吞吐阶段的区块,应采用蒸汽加氮气泡沫驱及现有在井与水平共组合蒸汽驱模式;对尚未开发的特、超稠油油藏,应采用水平井注蒸汽热采模式及其它新技术。
Method To recover super-extra viscous crude oil reservoir with thermal developmentmode in horizontal well. Purpose To improve development result and increase economicbenefit. Result Thermal development in horizontal well is suitable for extra-super viscouscrude oil reservoir that the thickness of oil zone is less than 5 m; Horizontal steam huff andpuff as well as steam drive could be adopted in super viscous crude oil reservoir that thethickness of oil zone is 5-10 m and in extra viscous crude oil reservoir that the thickness ofoil zone is over 10 m; Steam huff and puff is suitable for super viscous crude oil reservoirthat the oil viscosity is over 5×104 mPa· s; Steam-assisted gravity drainage technology mustbe used in super viscous crude oil reservoir that the oil zone thickness is over 20 m and the oilviscosity is over 20×104 mPa· s. Conclusion For the super viscous crude oil reservoir under steam huff and puff development, especially the blocks in middle-later period of huff andpuff, foam drive with steam and nitrogen method should be used, a combination of verticalwell and horizontal well steam drive may also be used; For super-extra viscous crude oilreservoir without development practice, the suitable method is thermal development modewith steam injection in horizontal well as well as other new techniques.
