摘要
我国民办教育是否要按营利性、非营利性分类进行管理,是当前热议的重大话题。本文通过问卷调查和对民办教育发展现况的分析,指出当前实行分类管理的时机尚不成熟,现行民办教育发展模式符合国情,民办教育应在现行民办教育法律框架下继续探索、不断完善。
At present, whether our non-governmental education is managed according to for-profit education and non-profit education is a hot topic. Based on questionnaire and realistic analysis, the paper points out that it is not mature time to carry out the classified management; the current development model of non-governmental education conforms to national conditions; and our nongovernmental education should be constantly explored and developed under the current legal framework of non-governmental education.
