摘要
利用烯烃和芳烃同浓硫酸发生磺化反应、饱和烃不反应的特性,在12m×0.22mmi.d.的SE-30短毛细管柱上,通过油样中加入的内标物正十三烷(n-C13)反应前后含量的变化,计算出催化裂化汽油中烯烃和芳烃的总量(O+A)、饱和烃含量(S)。同时,在反应前的色谱图上定量出芳烃含量(A)。在总量(O+A)中扣除芳烃含量,得烯烃含量。考察了方法的准确性:汽油中主要芳烃组分磺化反应转化率在99%以上;强极性OV-275填充柱测得的芳烃含量,与该法一致。
Determination of hydrocarbon type for saturant-olefine-aromatic (SOA) in gasoline of containing olefines using simple and convenient chemical reaction method and short capillary column gas chromatography. The concentrated sulfuric acid reacts on olefines and aromatics, but not on saturants. Using 12 m×0.22 mm i.d. SE-30 capillary column, by change of content of added internal standard n-C 13 in gasoline sample at before reaction and after reaction, the total content of define and aromatic in catalytic cracking gasoline was calculated, it is 48.35%. The saturatic content is 51.75%. Aromatic content is 10.56% by quantifed individual hydrocabons with short capillary column gas chromatography. By total content minus aromatic content, olefinic content is 37.78%. Accuracy of the method was inspected. The degree of sulfo-nating reaction of aromatic in gasoline was studied with the capillary gas chromatography. Reaction conversion level of these aromatic is over 99%. Determinated aromatic content is 10.41% by polar packed column (OV-275). The result is identical with determinated result (10.56%) by the short capillary column gao chromatography.
