摘要
为提高多级输油泵的泵效,从叶轮外径、过渡流道和级间密封三个方面进行了实践探索。一般说来,多级输油泵扬程高、比转速低。低比转速离心泵效率与叶轮外径的关系十分密切,所以精确设计叶轮外径,增大叶轮出口宽度,减小叶轮外径可减少圆盘损失和液流的水力损失。过渡流道采用螺旋式结构,可使液流平稳,水力损失小,有利于下一级叶轮口的吸入。对于水平中开式多级输油泵,由于中间级叶轮与最后级叶轮之间的间隙较大,压差也最大,泄漏非常严重,采用带直角迷宫密封槽的简易浮动密封,可有效减小内部级间泄漏。实践证明,经上述三个方面改进后的4种KDY型多级输油泵的泵效均超过了国家标准。
To improve the efficiency of multistage oil transmission pumps, an invcstigation is conducted from the aspects of impeller's outside diameter, transition flow channel and sealing between stages. By designing accurately the outside diameter of the impeller, increasing the width of the impeller outlet and decleasing the impeller's outside diameter, the hydraulic loss of the liquid can be reduced. By adopting spiral transition flow channel, smooth flow can be achieved and the hydraulic loss can also be reduced. As for a horizontal longitudinally split multistage oil transmission pump, by using a simple floating sealing with rectangular labyrinth groove, leakage between stages can be reduced effectively. Practice shows that multistase oil transmission pumps modified from the above-mentioned three aspects have high efficiency,
