摘要
根据固液两相流体在泵内运动速度场和压力场的畸变规律,采用按试验泵级的最佳工况参数确定的无因次系数,进行了两相流砂泵的设计。在假定固体颗粒在断面上的平均速度相同以及固、液两相的进出口液流角均等于叶片进出口安放角的条件下,计算了叶轮进出口直径和宽度,给出了叶片进出口安放角的选取范围。四川石油管理局南充机械厂根据以上方法设计的150NSP型砂泵,经现场试验,各项性能指标均达到了设计要求,使用效果较好。
On the basis of distortion pattern of velocity fie1d and pressure field of solid-liquid two phase flow in a pump, by adopting dimensionless coefficient determined according to the optimum working parameters of test pump, a two phase fluid sand pump is designed. The diameter and width of the impeller inlet and outlet is calculated, and the range of bladeincidence is given. Model 150NSP sand pump is designed according to the above mentioned method, and field test showsthat the pump has good performance.
