摘要
隔热油管接箍处没有隔热层,在此处形成热点,增大了热损失。为了提高注汽效果,应用中需要对接箍采取隔热措施,因此,在简化的基础上建立了隔热油管接箍处导热的数学模型,采用内点法对接箍区域进行了网格划分,通过有限体积法对数学模型进行离散化,并根据点迭代解法进行求解,得出了各节点的温度和研究区域的热损失。计算表明,接箍热损失在整个注汽管热损失中占有较大的比例(约为30%)。
There is no insulating layer at the coupling of insulated tubing where a hot spot can be formed thus increased heat loss. Heat insulation measures shall be adopted for the coupling to improve steam injection efficiency. A simplified mathematical model of heat conduction at the coupling of insulated tubing is built. The model makes grid division for the coupling area using interior point method,and is discretized using finite volume method and solved by point iteration method,thus obtained the temperature at each node point and the heat loss in the study area. The result shows that the heat loss at the coupling accounts for a large proportion (about 30%) of the total heat loss along the steam injection pipe.
