摘要
研究了硝基苯经锌粉还原为苯基羟胺,在无需分离和纯化的条件下经重排和精制得到对氨基苯酚,其质量达到了制药原料标准,同时副产高纯度氧化锌。还研究了反应条件和试验操作对收率和产品质量的影响。
new method for the preparation of paminophenol(PAP) has been developed by the reduction of nitrobenzene with zinc powder in aqueous ammonium chlorideThe rearrangement of phenylhydroxylamine formed during the reduction is carried out in dilute sulfuric acid without the need of isolation and purificationThe quality of PAP has attained that for medical applications,and highly pure zinc oxide is obtained as a byproductThe effects of the reaction conditions and operation factors on the yield and quality of PAP are also studiedThe results showed that the method has industrial value
