摘要
为了研究制备工艺对蛭石有机化效果的影响以及有机蛭石在催化领域的应用,以硝酸为酸化剂,氯化钠为钠化剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为插层剂,采用"酸化-钠化-插层"工艺制备了有机蛭石,并研究了有机蛭石对高密度聚乙烯基复合材料的催化作用;探讨了了不同硝酸、氯化钠浓度和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵用量对有机化效果的影响。有机蛭石的XRD和阳离子交换容量(CEC)测试表明,采用0.1mol/L的硝酸,饱和浓度的氯化钠和1.5倍蛭石CEC的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵时,插层效果最佳。高密度聚乙烯基复合材料的热降解分析测试显示,有机蛭石对高密度聚乙烯-膨胀型阻燃剂复合材料的交联成炭反应有催化作用。
To study the influence of preparation technics on the intercalation effect of organic vermiculite and the application of organo-vermiculite as a catalyst, the organic vermiculite was prepared via acid treatment-Na ion exchange-organic intercalation'process, with HNO3 as the acid treatment agent, NaCl as the Na ion exchange agent, hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTMA-Br) as the intercalation agent. The catalyst effeet of organo-vermiculite to high density polyethylene (HDPE)matrix composites was studied too. The intercalation effect due to varied concentration of acid, Na ion and intercalation agent was discussed. The XRD a nd cation exchange capacity (CEC) test results of organo-vermiculite showed that the best intercalation effect was achieved with the concentration of 0.1 mol/L HNO3, saturated NaCI and h um bromide (HDTMA .Br), the intercalation agent, with the concentration of 1.5 times CEC of vermiculite. It was showed by the TG test results of HDPE matrix composites that proper organo-vermiculite could serve as a catalyst which promoted the charring process and cross linking reaction of HDPE/IFR composites.
