摘要
目的探讨边防海岛战士的自我效能感与亚健康的关系。方法应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和一般自我效能感量表对240名边防海岛战士进行测试,采用相关分析和t检验的统计方法进行分析。结果边防海岛战士在自我效能感各分量表上的成绩与焦虑、抑郁量表的得分呈负相关;高自我效能感的边防海岛战士与低自我效能感的边防海岛战士相比较,其在焦虑与抑郁量表上的得分明显较低。结论自我效能感的高低影响着边防海岛战士的健康水平,高自我效能感的边防海岛战士健康水平维持在较高的状态,低自我效能感的边防海岛战士较多地处于亚健康状态。
Objective To explore the relationship between self-efficacy sentiment and subhealthy among soldier in land and sea border defense.Methods 240 soldier in land and sea border defense were tested with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale and GSES,then analysed by correlation analysis and T-test.Results GSES results of soldier in land and sea border defense were negative correlation with the results of their SRAS,SRDS. Comparing with soldier with low GSES results,those with high GSES reults have low results in SRAS,SRDS.Conclusion The level of GSES affect the health level of soldier in land and sea border defense. Soldier with high GSES result maitain high state of health,soldier with low GSES results are more likely to be in subhealthy.
