摘要
目的探讨和总结胃、食管石症的X线及CT影像表现。方法15例胃、食管石症患者均行上消化道钡餐检查,其中2例行多层螺旋CT扫描。结果胃石症的X线表现为胃內移动性充盈缺损影,多为圆形或椭圆形,单发居多。充盈缺损块影表面可见条状、斑片状纵横交错的网状阴影,边缘呈锯齿状;透视下钡浆呈分流状,通过胃的两侧清楚地勾画出胃石的轮廓。CT检查胃石密度不均,表面毛糙呈颗粒状,居于管腔中央与管壁无粘连。结论胃、食管石症有较典型的影像学表现,认真分析总结可以提高诊断的准确率。
Objective To explore and summarize the X-ray and CT imaging of gastrolith.Methods 15 cases of patients with digestive tract stones underwent upper gastrointestinal barium meal examination,one of 2 scanned by multi-slice spiral CT gastrolith.Results The X-ray manifestations of Gastrolith patients were filling defect mobility shadow,many round or oval-shaped,mostly single. Filling defect in the surface mass can be seen strips,criss-crossing mesh patchy shadow of jagged edges,under fluoroscopic barium paste was shaped shunt. Through the stomach on both sides clearly lays out the contours of gastrolith. CT examination gastrolith uneven density,the surface was granular,living in the central lumen and the wall without adhesion. Conclusion Digestive tract stone disease had a more typical imaging features,a careful analysis could be summed up improve diagnostic accuracy.
