摘要
目的研究银质针与软组织内热治疗针在大鼠骨骼肌内的温度及引起的组织学变化,为内热针在治疗时温度设定提供参考。方法将大鼠随机分为实验组和空白对照组,实验组分别使用10、12、8cm规格银质针和42、50、60℃内热针针刺小腿三头肌并加热,测量加热前后针尖和进针点温度,用HE染色观察骨骼肌病理形态学变化。结果银质针中只有8cm规格针加热前后针尖温度差异有统计学意义,内热针在设定42、50、60℃下加热前后针尖温度差异均有统计学意义。骨骼肌细胞发生不同程度的变性、坏死和再生。结论软组织内热治疗仪在深部组织加热上优于银质针,银质针与软组织内热治疗针治疗时造成骨骼肌细胞损伤并再生修复。
Objective To investigate temperature of silver needle and internal heated needle and histological change of rat skeletal muscle for therapeutic temperature of internal heated needle in vivo. Methods Rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Triceps muscle of calf of rats in experimental group were acupunctured and heated with 10cm,12cm,8cm long silver needle and 42℃,50℃,60℃ internal heated needle. Temperatures of needle tip and the spot on muscle surface were measured. histological changes of skeletal muscle were investigated with histology technique(HE).Results Tip temperatures changed significantly only in 8cm silver needle. Tip temperatures of internal heated needle changed significantly at presetted 42℃,50℃,60℃. Skeletal muscle cells presented degeneration, necrosis and regeneration. Conclusion Internal heated needle are better than silver needle in deep tissue heating. Skeletal muscle cells present injury and repairment when interfered with internal heated needle and silver needle.
