摘要
在站场放空系统设计中,设计人员有可能忽略紧急放空时出现的管道系统安全问题。近年来,先导式安全阀与ESD放空阀的使用加快了放空系统的瞬间泄放速度,设计人员应认真考虑紧急放空时,放空系统管道的安全和放空立管的承受能力问题。根据德国著名流体力学专家普朗特的相关理论并结合现场实际情况,研究了紧急放空出现超量排放时放空立管的管口声障和爆震激波现象,从工程应用的角度出发,提出如何确定放空立管垂直反力计算时的相关参数以及相应的简化计算方法。
In station vent system design,pipeline system safety during emergency vent is likely to be overlooked. Especially in recent years,application of pilot operated safety valve and ESD vent valve speeds up the instantaneous relief rate. In this condition,the vent system pipeline safety and capacity of the vent riser in case of emergency vent shall be seriously considered. According to relevant theories of Prandtl,the well-known German fluid mechanics expert and in combination with actual on-site conditions,studied are nozzle sound barrier and knock shock wave phenomena of the vent riser when excessive vent occurs in case of emergency vent,and from the perspective of engineering application,relevant calculation parameters and corresponding simplified calculation method are put forward for determining the vertical reaction force of the vent riser.
