摘要
为了解决高速卷绕系统恒线速度、恒张力控制的关键问题,设计了一套以TI公司生产的TMS320LF2407A与Intel公司生产的N80C196组成的双CPU控制系统来完成涤纶长丝的卷绕变频调速系统.结果表明,采用该系统能使丝卷外观更平滑;自动切换成功率高,达99%以上;毛丝等不良丝卷品质率大为降低.
In order to solve the problem about constant velocity control and the invariable tensility control system of high speed winding, a set of winding control system has been designed which is made up double CPU control system made up TMS320LF2407A from TI Corporation and N80C196 from Intel Corporation. The result shows that the system can make the winding formation smoother, and the automatical switch success rate reaches more than 99%, and the undesirable filament yarn quality rate greatly reduced.
