摘要
为提高膜材的力学性能,通过对涤纶基材进行表面改性和对涂层浆添加剂的筛选,研究了涤纶基材的表面处理剂处理和PVC涂层浆中添加剂对膜材拉伸强度、剥离强度、撕破强度的影响.实验结果表明,当表面处理剂质量分数为2.5%时,可以明显提高PVC膜材的拉伸强力性能;在涂层浆中加入1.0g氯化聚乙烯可提高膜材的拉伸强度.
The influence of the treatment to the polyester substrate by surfactant and the additive of CPE on the membrane＇s tensile strength, peel strength, and tear strength is studied by the surface modification to a polyester substrate and the filtration to coating pulp＇s additives to improve the mechanics capabilities of membranes. The experimental results indicate that the treatment of the surfactant can markedly enhance the tensile strength, when the content of the surfactant is 2.5%; CPE has the same ability when its content is 1.0 g.
