摘要
以三氯氧磷与环氧氯丙烷为原料合成了1种新型中间体,再通过季铵化反应合成了系列新型季铵盐Gemini表面活性剂.通过正交实验确定了合成中间体的最佳反应条件为:三氯氧磷:环氧氯丙烷(摩尔比)=1:5,反应温度控制在110~120℃,反应时间为5h.所得中间体及3个最终产物经提纯后通过FIR、13C-NMR进行了结构验证.
A new intermediate was prepared from phosphorus oxychloride and epoxy chloropropane, and a type of new quaternary ammonium salt Gemini surfactant was synthesized through quaternization. The optimum conditions for intermediate are phosphorus oxychloride : epoxy chloropropane =1:5 , and the reaction time of 5 h under 110-120 ℃. The intermediate and ultimate products which were purified identify by FIR, 13C-NMR.
