ELISPOT技术在结核病诊断中的应用

摘要 现有的诊断结核感染的方法缺乏足够的敏感性及特异性,易导致结核病的漏诊、误诊。一种新的免疫学检测方法—酶联免疫斑点技术(ELISPOT技术)已被证实能够发现早期结核感染,并且此技术比皮肤结核菌素试验有更好的特异性和敏感性,这种方法有助于对病人进行筛查和监测结核感染,及时发现及诊断潜在结核感染,具有广阔的应用前景。 The forthcoming methods of diagnosing tuberculosis infection are short of adequate sen- sitivity and specificity, and easy to induce missed or errored diagnosis. A new immunologic test method-enzyme- linked immunospot assay(ELISPOT assay) has already been confirm that it can detect early tuberculosis infection, and this technique has better sensitivity and specificity than tuberculin skin test, it is help to screening and monitoring tuberculosis infection, detecting and diagnosing latent tuberculosis infection promptly, it possess wide application prospect.
