摘要
本文报道了聚乙烯醇/脂肪醛水基凝胶堵剂的初步研究结果。适当配方的堵剂溶液(2%-8%聚乙烯醇,0.2%-2.0%交联剂,稳定剂)在pH=2.0-5.0时在20-50小时内形成可耐80-130℃温度的有相当强度的凝胶。堵剂溶液可用矿化度高达6×104mg/L的油田污水配制,可抗耐强机械剪切。用自来水配制的凝胶在0.1%-1%NaCl溶液中可稳定存在3个月。岩心实验表明该堵剂具有很强的封堵能力。
This paper presents the Preliminary results of studying polyvinyl alcohol/aliphatic aldehyde aqueous gelling system and gel formed as water-plugging/profile-modificating agent. The aqueous solution properly formulated (2- 8% PVA+0.1-2.0 aldehyde crosslinker+stabilizer) forms strong gel suitable for reservoir strata of temperature 80-130℃ at pH=2-5 in 20-50hrs. The gelling solution can be prepared in preduced water of minerality up to -6×104 ppm and is not influenced by intensive shear. The gel is stable in 0.1-1% salt water over 3 months. its water Plugging capacity is good as is shown in core experiments.
