摘要
中国现阶段面对水资源短缺、浪费、污染严重的严峻形势,城市生活用水需求大幅增长,供水成本增加,对水价调整改革的呼声不断。单一水价与阶梯式水价两种计量方式有优劣,在中国,整体上应沿用单一水价的计量方式,在经济发达地区进行阶梯式水价的试点施行。另外,还应推行对弱势群体用水的政策性补贴,形成更加完善的供水体系,加强用水设施的技术规范等。
At this stage, the situation of water shortage,waste and water pollution ingraveseenee. In the meanwhile, urban water demand and supply costs ingravescence too. The urban domestic water price needs to be adjusted and reformed. Based on the advantages and disadvantages analyses on the single water price and stair-step water price methods, we find we should use the single water price in the whole, try out the stair-step water price in the economy--developed regions and ultilize the policy-related subsidies on the weak group to form the perfect water supply system and the technology standard of the water facilities.
