摘要
基于容积补偿的差压式检漏法作为泄漏检测中的一种新型的测试方法,与普通的差压法相比,具有精度高、测试速度快等优点。该文主要研制一种工作效率高的检测机构,并针对所研制的基于差压式容积补偿检漏装置,在不同的压力条件下进行了对比实验,并做了相应的分析。
The differential pressure style detect method based on cubage compensation is a new test method in leakage detect.Compared with traditional differential pressure method,it is of high precision and tests quickly.In this thesis it mainly introduces the development of a high-efficiency multi-testing agencies and the differential pressure style leakage detector,which is based on cubage compensation.And then comparing experiments are made with different air pressure.Finally the experiment result is analyzed.
