车辆定位管理与调度系统融全球卫星定位系统、地理信息系统、全球移动通信系统以及计算机数据处理技术和无线网络通信技术于一体,可实现全天候电子地图显示和车辆实时监控、历史记录查询、发送监控命令、数据查询等功能;能够及时迅速回传车辆基本定位信息,以图形和数据两种方式显示车辆运行状态,快速有效地发送监控命令。实际应用表明,该系统能够满足定位与车辆调度的需求。
The vehicle monitoring and scheduling system combines GPS, GSM, GIS, wireless network and Web technology to setup the dynamic vehicle management system. The system can realize the function such as all - weather electronic map display, real - time monitoring of vehicles, history information, send a command control, data query. The basic positioning information can be returned in time and quickly. Vehicles running state displayed by graphics and data. The monitoring order can be send quickly and effectively. Practical application shows that the system be able to meet the needs of vehicles location and scheduling.
