长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗32例晚期乳腺癌近期疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法采用长春瑞滨25mg／m^2加入生理盐水100ml中静脉快速滴注，第1、8天；顺铂（DDP）30mg／m^2加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，第2～4天。21天为一周期，至少治疗2周期，每周期记录不良事件，2周期后评价疗效。结果有效率56．25％，不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、脱发和静脉炎等，但均可耐受。结论长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案治疗晚期乳腺癌有较好疗效，不良反应可耐受，值得进一步推广使用。
