摘要
介绍了加工铝制薄壁圆筒形零件孔内分度槽加工工艺的研究过程。通过对普通设备以及数控电火花的试验,可调节夹具设计使用。最终克服了薄壁零件带来的变形大、角分度精度不易控制、装夹困难等问题,研制出比较合理、有效的加工方案,极大地提高了角分度槽的位置精度,满足了产品技术要求。
The paper introduced the research process of machining technology for processing the angle graduated groove inside the thin-wall cylinder parts of aluminum. The test on the traditional equipments and the NC electric spark proves that the adjustable fixtures can meet the requirements of application, finally the problems, such as large deformation, the precision of angle graduated is hard to control and difficult to clamp. And then a most reasonable and effective machining program is brought forward. By this the position accuracy of the angle graduated groove can be increased and can meet the technical requirements for the production.
