摘要
介绍了适用于最高运营速度100km/h的地铁A型车辆ZMA100型转向架的基本结构、主要特点、技术参数和性能。对构架、车轴、车轮、轴箱体、牵引装置等重要部件进行了强度计算,对整车进行了动力学性能计算。各项计算结果均满足标准要求。
This paper presents the basic structure, main characteristics, technology parameters and performance of ZMA100 bogie used on A-type metro vehicles, which are designed for the maximum service speed of 100 km/h. The strength of the important parts, such as frame, axle,wheel, axle-box, traction-pole and the dynamics functions of the train are calculated. The calculation result shows that the corresponding standard requirements have been reached.
