摘要
本文在比较研究国外发达国家和发展中国家一些典型湖区的基础上,从理念、模式、空间、产业、资源、环境、措施等方面对这些湖区的发展和保护进行系统的总结和检讨,提出六点教训和六大经验,并得出了国内外湖区开发利用对鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的五点启示。与此同时,本文还围绕湖区生态城市群建设、生态农业建设、生态旅游建设等重点议题,探讨了鄱阳湖生态经济区发展的思路与模式、空间组织和对策措施。
In this paper, we did a comparative study of the development and environmental protection of some domestic and international lake regions in terms of the theories, patterns, space, industries, resources, environment, and strategies. We discussed what we can learn from those studies for the development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone based on those lessons and experiences from other lake regions. We also made some suggestions of the development models, strategies, organization and policy approaches for the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, including the development of eco - city groups, eco - agriculture, andeco - tourism.
