摘要
文章以莆田学院为例,通过问卷调查和个别访谈,分析了地方高校师德师风建设的现状和影响师德师风建设的主要原因,并针对地方高校师德师风建设中存在的问题,提出了加强教师职业道德建设的若干建议和意见。
By making a questionair and individugl interview,taking Futian college as example,the article analyzes the current situation of the construction of professional ethics of teahing in local higher schools,puts forward some suggestions for enhancing the construction of teachers＇ professional ethics.
