摘要
通过对５ＺＶ２５Ｊ—１０１６０窄Ｖ胶带在川南矿区对比试验，出现了该带过早损坏，胶带出现了松边上下弹动，胶带掉粉沫等６种现象；找出了造成损坏原因的６个方面，提出了７点改进措施。表明新产品进行现场性能试验是十分重要的环节。
Through comparision tests in south Sichuan Oilfield, six not normal phenomenon with 5ZV25J-10160 narrow V-rubber belt are found, premature damage, bouncies at slack side, rubber debris dropping from the belt, and etc. The paper points out the 6 damage causes and proposes 7 improvement measures.
