摘要
针对武汉钢铁股份有限公司一热轧卷取机对中导板液压伺服控制系统改造方案,在考虑到液压缸的非对称性和负载的特殊性情况下,对即将改造的伺服系统建立伺服液压控制系统的数学模型,并对该系统进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,所拟定的对中导板电液伺服系统参量确定合理,能够满足实际生产动态响应的要求。
In light of the electro-hydraulic servo system of centering coiler of hot rolling in Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Limited,a mathematical model was constructed to represent the actual system with the nonlinear characteristics of asymmetry actuator and special loading considered.Simulation results show that the model has good performance,the parameters of the rebuilt servo system are reasonable,and the system works well.
