摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞作为一类成体干细胞,由于具有易被分离、易被外源基因转染且稳定表达,分裂增殖能力强、以及体外操作简便等特点,成为组织工程、细胞移植及基因治疗理想的靶细胞。我们就骨髓间充质干细胞的概念、各项生理特征、向各组织的分化潜能及在眼科的应用等方面进行综述,并展望骨髓间充质干细胞的应用前景。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells as a class of adult stem cell,because of having the features of easy to be separated, easy to be transfected by exogenous gene and stable expressed, the strong ability of proliferation and convenient to be operated in vitro, have become the ideal target cells of tissue engineering, cell transplantation and gene therapy.
