角膜地形图引导的准分子激光个体化切削术研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 自角膜屈光手术产生以来,角膜地形图在该手术中一直占据着举足轻重的地位,不管是术前对手术效果的预测和特殊病例的筛选,还是术后对角膜形态及屈光状态的观察与分析,其重要性已被广泛认可。但是将角膜地形图运用于角膜激光手术术中监测尚处在研究阶段。我们就角膜地形图引导的准分子激光个体化切削手术的发展、实现及临床应用做一综述。 Since the creation of corneal refractive surgery, corneal topography has occupied a pivotal position not only in preoperative prediction of the results of operations but also in selection of special cases and in the observation and analysis of postoperative corneal shape and refractive status. And its importance has been widely recognized. However, the corneal topography used in intraoperative monitoring is still in research stage. In this paper, development, implementation and clinical application of excimer laser individual ablation guided by corneal topography were reviewed.
