摘要
近年来,小胶质细胞因其作为中枢神经系统中最有代表性的免疫细胞而成为青光眼免疫学发病机制的研究热点。其神经保护与神经毒性的双重作用归因于它对一系列病变做出反应后所能合成和分泌的物质不同。因此我们就视网膜小胶质细胞的青光眼免疫发病机制及治疗的展望进行综述。
In recent years, retinal microglial cells (RMS) has become the topic of the pathogenesis of glaucoma immunology research as the most representative of the immune cells in central nervous system. With the synthesis and secretion of different substances in RMS, RMS have nerve protection and neurotoxicity effects. The present article reviewed the research of immune pathogenesis of glaucoma on retinal microglial cells and relevant medicament treatment.
