两种药物治疗外伤致角膜上皮机械性损伤的临床疗效研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨小牛血去蛋白提取物与重组人表皮生长因子衍生物对外伤致角膜上皮机械性损伤的临床疗效。方法:采用随机双盲的方法对我院2008-06/10因外伤导致角膜上皮机械性损伤病例共40例40眼,依照症状和体征进行综合评分并记录,分为两组,分别使用小牛血去蛋白提取物与重组人表皮生长因子衍生物进行治疗,分别在用药后3,7d采用同样标准进行评分,采用配对t检验的统计方法进行分析,比较两种药物对外伤致角膜上皮机械性损伤疗效的差异。结果:两种药物对治疗角膜上皮机械性损伤的远期疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),但小牛血去蛋白提取物的早期疗效要优于重组人表皮生长因子衍生物(P<0.05)。结论:小牛血去蛋白提取物在早期即可对角膜上皮机械性损伤的修复起到很好的促进作用。 AIM : To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the protein-free calf blood extract and the recombinant human epithelial growth factor(rhEGH) on the corneal epithelial mechanicaltrauma. METHODS: According to symptoms and signs of the corneal epithelial mechanicaltrauma induced by external factor from June to October in 2008 and by a randomized and double-blind method, 40 cases(40 eyes) were divided into two groups and treated with the protein-free calf blood extract and the rhEGH respectively. Evaluated the eyes three days and seven days after therapy by the same scale. We analyzed the data by pairing t-test statistics, and compared the difference of the therapeutic effect of the two medicines on the cornral epithelial mechanicaltrauma. RESULTS: There was no significant difference of the effect between the two medicines on the corneal epithelial mechanicaltrauma in long-term results, however the short- term results of the protein-free calf blood extract were better than those of the rhEGH. ~ CONCLUSION: The protein-free calf blood extract can repair the corneal epithelial mechanicaltrauma at early stage.
