覆膜支架在颅颈血管病变治疗中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 对主动脉、周围动脉和冠状动脉的某些病变，已开始使用各种覆膜支架进行治疗。由于血流动力学的作用、病变血管的变化以及栓塞材料的不稳定性，使病变与正常动脉之间的移行部分难于处理，常会出现治疗不全、病变再通及复发等问题。而使用覆膜支架可覆盖病变和相对异常的移行部分，建立一段人工的血流通道，从而达到治疗血管病变的目的。近年来，覆膜支架在颅颈血管病变中的应用为血管内治疗提供了新的方法。我们采用覆膜支架治疗颅颈血管病共19例，现将结果报道如下：
