微重力下气液两相流流型转换的通用关系式

General correlation for gas liquid two phase flow pattern transition in microgravity

摘要 为了预测微重力下气液两相流流型及其转变条件,综述了已有的微重力下气液两相流流型的研究工作,分析、比较了各种研究方法的特点和结果,对已公开发表的17组微重力下流型的实验结果、共计800多个实验点,以新的量纲为1的坐标进行重新整理,绘出了流型图。从两相流体内部相互作用力的角度,阐述了微重力下流型变迁的机理,分析了管径、流体粘度、表面张力等对流型转变的影响。以所有这些实验点为基础,拟合出了微重力下气液两相流流型转变的通用关系式。 In order to predict the gas liquid two phase flow patterns and their transition in microgravity, the work that was done up to date in this field was summarized. The characteristics and results of existing investigation methods were analyzed and compared. 17 sets of experimental results, over 800 experimental data points, have been reanalyzed using new dimension one coordinates. A new flow pattern map was developed. Further more, this work expounded the mechanism of flow pattern transition in microgravity in the viewpoint of flow interactive forces. The influence of tube diameter, viscosity and surface tension on this transition was also analyzed. A general correlation for flow pattern transition in microgravity has been explored on the basis of all available experimental data.
