色料添加浓度与氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷色度值及反射光谱的关系

The relationship between pigment concentration and the color values and reflectance spectroscopy of fluorosilicic mica glass ceramics

摘要 目的:探讨色料浓度与烧结体色度值及反射光谱变化的内在关系。方法:制备锆铁红、锆铈镨黄及镍黑三种色料的单色梯度浓度着色烧结体,测定添加不同浓度的三种色料烧结体体的色度值、反射光谱及K/S值(吸收系数K与散射系数S的比值),并分析色料浓度与最大波长处K/S值的相关性。结果:锆铁红、锆铈镨黄及镍黑三种色料分别主要影响烧结体的a值、b值、明度值;随着三种色料浓度的增加,烧结体的光谱反射率曲线在特定的光谱吸收波长区内呈现良好的递减趋势,不同浓度的曲线形态基本一致;三种色料烧结体均满足K/S与浓度的线性关系,其线性相关性良好。结论:三种色料的单色梯度浓度烧结体光谱反射率数据符合构建计算机配色单色基础数据库的基本要求。 Objective To investigate the inherent relationship between the pigment concentration and the color values and reflectance spectra of sintered samples. Methods Three monochromatic samples was determined in color values, reflectance spectrum and K/S value, and analyzed the correlation between pigment concentration and wavelength maximum K/S value. Results Zr-based iron oxide, Zr-based cerium praseodymium and nickel pigments mainly affects the value of a sintered body,b value,brightness value, respectively; with the concentration rising of three pigments, the spectral reflectance curve in specific wavelength region were in the descending trend; relationship between concentration and K/S value of monochromatic samples were linear. Conclution The spectral reflectivity groups of monochromatic samples were feasible for establishing database of computer-color-matching software.
