摘要
在可持续发展理论框架与系统思想的指导下,深入分析水资源研究现状及存在的问题,力求通过水资源承载力研究的途径,达到区域水资源合理综合规划研究之目的。
Under the direction of Sustainable Development Theory and Systems Thinking,the thesis analyzed the current situation and existing problems of water resources deeply,and tried to achieve the purpose of reasonable planning and research on Regional Water Resources,through the research approach of bearing capacity of water resources.
