摘要
血液在压电晶体上的凝固,伴随晶体表面质量、粘弹性应力等性能的变化.由血凝各阶段的压电参数变化规律,和血凝过程的生化变化,并注意到压电传感最敏感部分为其电极表面,阐明了血凝三个阶段的复杂压电响应机理,提出了相应的压电传感方程,及从血凝压电特征曲线上提取血液流变学信息的方法.并初步应用于临床测试.
A blood coagulation process is accompanied by characteristic changes of crystal surface mass,viscoelasticity and stress.According to the rules of variation of piezoelectric parameters,and noting the fact that the most sensitive part of a piezoelectric sensor is its electrode surface,the complicated mechanism of the piezoelectric responses was elucidated.The corresponding theoretical equations and the methods of drawing information of the hemorheology from the characteristic curves of the piezoelectric responses were proposed.The preliminary clinical application was showm.
