摘要
目的:探讨护理专业男女护生的心理健康状况、应对方式及其相关性。方法:采用症状自评量表、应对方式问卷对某医学高等专科学校护理专业158名男女护生进行调查。结果:女生恐怖因子分高于男生,女生幻想因子分高于男生,差异有显著性;男女护生症状自评量表9因子与解决问题呈显著负相关,与自责、幻想呈显著正相关。结论:男生心理健康状况优于女生,女生更容易使用消极的应对方式,男女护生的心理健康状况与应对方式有明显的相关性。
Objective： To explore the mental health, coping style and their relationship of nursing students in medical college. Methods： Survey 158 male and female students studying nursing from one medical colleges of Hefei city by Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and Coping Style Scale. Results： There was significant difference between the SCL-90 score of male and female, the latter with high score in factor of phobia and delusion .It has negative relation between the ninth factor in SCL-90 score of students and coping problem, whereas positive relation with self-blame and delusion. Conclusions： The mental health of male students are superior to the female, as female students tend to use negative coping style than male. There was significant relation between the mental health and coping style.
