摘要
临床实习是培养高素质医学人才的关键时期,是医学教育的重要阶段。新时期医疗环境与医学模式的改变,给临床实习带教提出了许多新的问题。该文以提高临床实习带教质量为切入点,总结笔者的一些体会和看法,探讨新时期临床实习带教中面临的各种问题及对策。
Clinical practice is an important stage in medical education. How to solve the problem that caused.by the changes of the medical pattern and how to improve the quality of teaching？ This paper will put for-ward some solutions to these problems.
