摘要
目的:为了使接受结肠镜检查治疗术的患者得到安全、无痛苦的检查和治疗。方法:在静脉麻醉状态下,对125例患者实施结肠镜检查治疗。重点做好患者术前的心理护理,设施准备、术中配合、术后护理。结果:全过程中患者无痛觉,检查效果满意,未出现并发症和麻醉意外,术后恢复平均时间4min。结论:在静脉麻醉下行结肠镜检查,患者安全、无痛苦,检查效果满意。术前准备和术中的操作配合和术后护理。
Objective ：to provide the patient undergoing colonoscopy with safe and painless inspection and treatment. Methods：in the state of intravenous anesthesia, 125 patients received colonoscopy inspection. Preoperative mental nursing and equipment preparation, intraoperative cooperation, and postoperative nursing are the priorities. Results： the patients were painless with satisfactory results. No complications or anesthetic accident occurred. The average recovery time is 4 minutes. Conclusion： Receiving colonoscopy under intravenous anesthesia, patients are safe and painless with satisfying results. Scientific nursing procedure, meticulous mental nursing,preoperative preparation, skillful intraoperative cooperative and careful postoperative nursing can safeguard smooth colonoscopy inspection and treatment.
