摘要
目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者呼吸道的护理,提高护理质量和治疗效果。方法:回顾分析我科2005～2008年收治的97例重型颅脑损伤患者临床护理资料。结果:伤后半年采用GOS评估:恢复良好43例,中残22例,重残或植物生存15例,放弃治疗4例,死亡13例。结论:准确了解病情,采取积极护理措施,加强对重型颅脑损伤患者呼吸道的护理,保持呼吸道通畅,能提高治疗效果。
Objective ：To study nursing of respiratory tract in severe craniocerbral trauma, improve nursing quality and curative effect. Methods ： Ninety-seven cases of severe craniocerbral trauma from2005 to 2008 are reported,whose clinical data of nursing of respiratory tract were analysed. Results ：Forty-three cases showed a good outcome,while twenty-two cases were moderately disabled,fifteen cases severely disabled or survived in a permanent vegetative state and thirteen cases died. Conclusion：Take nursing step actively and realize state of illness well and truly and intensify nursing quality of respiratory tract, which can improve prognosis in severe craniocerbral trauma.
