摘要
目的:探讨再次剖宫产手术对产妇及围产儿结局的影响。方法:对74例再次剖宫产的手术指征、术中所见及妊娠结局进行分析。结果:再次剖宫产术中、术后出血、子宫破裂、前置胎盘、胎盘早剥、胎盘植入发生率均较第一次剖宫产高,围产儿发生死胎、早产、新生儿窒息率也增加。结论:应严把剖宫产指征,降低剖宫产率,减少孕产妇分娩风险及围产儿死亡率。
Objective： To study the effect of repeated cesarean section to puerpera and perinatal fetus or newborn. Methods： analyze the findings during operation and indication and pregnancy outcome of 74 cases of repeat cesarean section. Results： repeat cesarean section and postoperative bleeding, rupture of uterus,placenta previa, placental abruption and placental implantation rates are higher than which are the first cesarean section. Perinatal fetal death, premature birth, neonatal asphyxia rates increase. Conclusion： cesarean section indication should be strictly controlled, which can lower the rates of cesarean section, maternal mortality and perinatal fetal mortality.
