摘要
综述了近年来有源矩阵液晶显示器、场发射显示器和发光二极管显示器的研究进展，重点介绍了它们的工作原理、结构和某些关键制备技术，并对它们的发展前景作了简要的展望。
The research progress in active matrix liquid displays(AMLCD),field emission displays(FED),and light emitting diode(LED)displays in recent years is presented putting special emphasis on the principle,basic structure and key manufacturing techniques.And the development prospects are previewed briefly.
